Our fourth floor 2 bedroom Apartment comes with a communal rooftop pool and a designated underground parking space.
The apartment is quite spacious, and easily accommodates up to six people comfortably. It has 2 air conditioned bedrooms, as well as a large air conditioned living room (with sofa bed). It also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and the balcony even comes with a built in BBQ.
It's a perfect holiday home for families or couples or just groups of friends and you're just a few minutes from the two-mile long Praia Grande beach which has all the water sports and beach activities that you'd expect.
The beautiful Armacao de Pera beach and the resort's bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs, as well as all essential facilities such as ATMs, shops, supermarkets etc are all within a short walk of our 2 bedroom apartment.
For those into golf, there are plenty to choose from with over 20 courses with in half an hour of our apartment. (See our "Golf Courses" page)
For those with children to entertain; there is plenty to choose from with the Dolphin's at Zoo Marine and the Slide & Splash water park a mere 10 minutes away. (See our "Things to do" pages for more information)

We have stayed here twice now and plan to return in February 2015
The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean with plenty of equipment. It is in a good location being about 5 minutes walk from the sea front. There is parking outside and a space underground, which would be really useful in the height of the season, when cars get hot if left outside.
We always go off season and this is one of the few flats we have found which face west, thereby bringing in the sun when the days start to get chilly. There is air con for when the days are warm. The balcony is lovely for breakfast, lunch and early evening drinks!
I have never met the owner, but he is very amenable and accommodating, always replies to emails and didn't mind a bit when I broke his teapot!
