The Apartment block is a fairly new build and you will be getting one of the most modern and well equipped Apartments in Armação de Péra. The apartment overlooks a central area amongst other newly constructed Apartment blocks away from the main streets of the town but only a short stroll to the local shops and beaches. The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool situated on the roof of the apartment (Stairs and Lift both go directly to the pool area.) There are also wash room facilities and a shower area. This part of Portugal is well known for the sculptures on the roundabouts, Armação de Péra is no exception. When you get to the one with two anemones (tentacles) you are near our apartment in the Quinta Dos Arcos area of Armação. The main balcony from the Lounge is equipped with a BBQ allowing you to have outdoor cooking without having to leave the apartment. On the balcony there is also a patio table with cushioned chairs (Cushions are kept inside). The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed) as well as a Television and a formal dining area (this includes an extendable dining table). The main bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes as well as a front aspect view. The second bedroom also has twin beds with a front aspect view. The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sand sculptures, there is an annual festival - FIESA (May to October) in near by Péra. The Algarve is also famous for its wonderful golden sandy beaches. Armação de Péra has one of the longest beaches on the Algarve - over two miles of long sandy beaches. There are places on the beach where you can rent a sun bed and shade should you want to venture away from the apartment. There is a restaurant nearby and they often put out beach toys for the children. The Beach at Armação de Péra is quite wide and although may get busier in Peak times there is still plenty of room for everyone. |
